Rental fee is $75.00.

Weddings, anniversaries, bridal and baby showers, family gatherings and other celebrations have been held here.  Club meetings, dinners, vendor presentations, holiday parties, retirement receptions, college panhellenic groups, plays and haunted tours have been held here as well.  

Rental of the Bailey House includes use of all of the facilities on the first floor of the house. There is a beautiful entryway with fireplace and stairwell.  There are four large restored rooms which are impeccably decorated with antique furnishings and period pieces.

Capacity

The house can accommodate 50 people sitting down using all 3 of the main floor rooms.  We have eight 6’ tables and approximately 50 folding chairs.

Facilities

Fully operational, modern, equipped kitchen is available —stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, two double sink areas, large working center counter, some cooking ware and table service.   

Yard space is available north of the building approximately 75’ x 60’ surrounded by a single decorative pipe fence.

Available: 1 men’s and 1 women’s restroom.  

There is a wheelchair lift for handicapped guests. The key for lift operation is provided when the facility is booked.

Parking

Convenient parking is available on the street and just steps away in a large lot by the former Maid Rite restaurant to the west of the house.
